MCampos offers design, web development, content production and managed hosting services. The scope, timeline and price of each project are defined in a written quote or agreement between you and us.
3. Quotes and payments
Quotes are valid for the period stated in each proposal. Payment schedules and methods are agreed per project, and work may be paused if payments are overdue.
4. Intellectual property
Once a project is paid in full, the final deliverables are transferred to the client as agreed in the proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, we may show the finished work in our portfolio. The content of this website (texts, graphics, logos and code) belongs to MCampos and may not be reused without permission.
5. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for having the rights to any text, images, logos or other material you supply to us.
6. Hosting and acceptable use
Hosted sites must not contain illegal content, malware or spam, nor interfere with the service or other customers. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

We work to deliver reliable, high-quality results, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
